As your birth doula, I commit myself fully to providing unwavering physical, emotional, and informational support through the waves of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and early postpartum. We will explore your options and prepare your mind and body to claim the safest, most positive, and truly memorable birthing experience.

My commitment is one of absolute acceptance and non-judgmental. No matter how your path unfolds — whether it’s a powerful unmedicated birth, a peaceful delivery with pain management, a beautifully planned cesarean, even navigating the unexpected complications in between, or a bereavement birth — my focus remains fixed: I am there for you and will support every decision you make.

"Thinking back to the whole experience of the before and after birthing process, I’m so thankful for my doula. She encouraged me to do more than I would have in order to get things going, and she advocated for me so that my birth plan was followed, honestly, when you’re in that much pain and can’t think, all that birth plan just gets brushed under, out the window and forgotten.
